About the Competition:
Delegates in the Miss Texas' Teen Organization, at the state level, gain experience through participation in interviews, talent performances, public speaking, promoting individual social impact initiatives and social/digital media interaction. Cash and in-kind educational scholarships are available to all young women who advance to the state competition.
To become a Miss Texas' Teen delegate, you must enter and win a LOCAL COMPETITION. Local Competitions are held throughout Texas. Once you win a local title you qualify to advance to the Miss Texas Competition held each year in June in Richardson,Texas.

Eligibility Requirements:
To become a Teen delegate, you must submit the Teen Competition Application and payment. The Teen competition is a direct entry competition, meaning delegates do not have to win a local competition to compete for the title of Miss Texas' Teen.
LOCAL COMPETITIONS are held throughout Texas. Once you win a local title you qualify to advance to the Miss Texas Competition held each year in June in Richardson,Texas.

For ALL AGES you must ALSO meet criterian as shown below:
Delegatges must qualify under ONE of the following conditions:
Residency
Delegates qualifying by residence must provide proof of at least 120 consecutive days of residency within the state prior to the date of competition.
Student Status
Delegates qualifying through student status must be enrolled full-time at an accredited school located in the state.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Miss America's Teen: Delegates must be no younger than 14 as of September 1, 2026 and no younger than 18 on September 1, 2026.
For ALL AGES you must ALSO meet criterian as shown below:
- Be a United States citizen
- Be a female
- Single
- No legal dependents
