Countdown to the Miss America Finals!

The 2012 Miss America Pageant will be held at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, January 10-14, 2012. Preliminary competitions will be held January 11-12 and the finals will be held on January 14. The finals will be televised live on the ABC network.

Thursday, January 5, 2012

• 4:00 PM - Planet Hollywood Arrival Ceremony and Photos.
  Event is inside Planet Hollywood and open to the public.

Saturday, January 7, 2012

• 6:00 PM - Fashion show and autograph party at Fashion Show Mall.
  Event is open to the public.

Monday, January 9, 2012

• Kendall has her private interview with judges.

Tuesday, January 10, 2012

• 9:00 AM - Contestant Rehearsals, open to Miss America badge holders only - no cameras.

• 8:00 PM - Preliminary Show at Planet Hollywood. Ticketed event.
  Kendall competes in On Stage Question.

• 10:00 PM - Visitation with contestants, open to Miss America badge holders only.

Host Hotel

• The Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino is the host hotel for the 2012 Miss America Pageant.

• The deadline has passed for securing the special Miss America Organization rates.

Ticket Information

• The deadline has passed for securing tickets in the Miss Texas block of tickets.

• Individual tickets may be available via Ticketmaster.

Miss America Badges

• An official badge is required in order to attend open rehearsals and visitation following each night’s competition.

• Badges may purchased in Las Vegas during pageant week for $55.00 each.

• Children under five (5) years old will not require a badge, but must be accompanied by an adult with a badge.  

Miss America Luncheon

• Neiman Marcus of Las Vegas will be hosting a luncheon for our much loved Miss Americas along with Miss America 2011 Teresa Scanlan and Miss America’s Outstanding Teen 2012 Elizabeth Fechtel.

• The event will be held on Thursday, January 12 at Noon at the Vintner Grill Restaurant, 10100 W Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas. The Vintner Grill is located approximately 20 minutes from Planet Hollywood and bus transportation will be provided from Planet Hollywood to the location as a courtesy to guests.

• The cost for this exclusive event is $150.00, which will benefit the Miss America Scholarship Program. Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted at the door.

• There will also be a raffle for fabulous baskets, one of which will have two tickets to the 2012 Miss America Pageant.

• Miss America 2011 Teresa Scanlan and Lynn Hackerman Weidner, Miss New Jersey 1971, will host this special luncheon.
