The Miss Garland Scholarship Pageant is an open pageant. Any young woman fulfilling the eligibility requirements for Miss Texas local preliminaries is encouraged to compete.

The Miss Garland Scholarship Pageant is an open Pageant.  To be eligible, women must meet the Miss Texas requirements.  We are looking for Young Women who have high ideals and a desire to truly represent Garland through a year of community service.  We are dedicated to helping Miss Garland promote her chosen platform through appearances in Garland Schools.  She will also have the opportunity to speak to many Service and Civic Organizations.  We enjoy the support of the entire community of Garland and are proud of the good relationship that we have developed with the City Officials of Garland.  The Miss Garland Scholarship Organization is dedicated to helping Miss Garland reach her potential as she prepares for the Miss Texas Pageant.  If you would like to have Miss Garland speak to your School, Organization, Group or Business, you may contact the organization by e-mail at Lteddy1@comcast.net.
