Best advice you ever received: The best advice I ever received was from my baton coach who told me to never let anything get in the way of reaching my dreams and even if I don't always succeed to learn from my mistakes and continue to strive to reach my highest potential. 

Most valuable lesson learned. I learned that there is only one "me" in this world and that by trying to change myself to fit in I am only hurting myself by not being true to who I am.
